You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

🧼 How should I care for my jewelry? Avoid water, perfume, and lotions. Store in a dry, cool place. Clean gently with a soft cloth.
🧵 Can I request a custom or personalized piece? Absolutely — we offer limited customization. Reach out via our Contact page or DM us on Instagram to request a special piece.

🎁 Can I send a gift directly to someone? Yes! Just enter their shipping address at checkout and add a gift note in the comments box — we'll leave out the price tag and wrap it with care.
💳 Do you offer payment plans? Yes — split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments with Shop Pay at checkout, with no extra fees.
🔄 What is your return policy? We accept returns for store credit within 14 days of your order's ship date, for unused items in original, resalable condition. A 50% restocking fee applies to returned items, and sale items are final sale. Please contact us first before sending anything back — customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective.
